Powder Coating

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a process which replaces the wet painting process with better finish and durability. Charged paint (in powder form) is electrostatically sprayed onto the extrusions. The coating is thick and it bonds to the aluminium, so it doesn’t chip or peel easily.

It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. It possesses incredible resistance to abrasion and corrosion, especially compared to liquid coatings and comes in a variety of colours and finishes.

Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminium extrusions and automotive parts. We have a wide range of vibrant colours and textures.
